  • 1. What are the check-in and check-out times?

    You can book on our website: www.casonadeusaquen.com. Simply click on BOOK NOW, and you'll see all available options and rates for each room category.   • 2. What are the payment methods?

    No, pets are not allowed. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

  • 3. Can I receive packages, deliveries or mail before and during my stay?

    Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel and there are no designated smoking areas. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

  • 4. Do you have a laundry and dry cleaning service?

    Late check-out is possible depending on availability for your departure date and incurs an additional charge. It allows you to stay until 5:00 PM; please request this in advance at reception. The cost will be provided at reception, and payment is cash only.

  • 5. Does the hotel have parking?

    We don't have our own parking, but we have an agreement with a parking garage located half a block from the hotel, with 24-hour service (PAID).
