Hotel Casona de Usaquén, in compliance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012, Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013 and our personal data protection policy, informs you that the personal data you provide in connection with transactions with the hotel will be processed using and maintaining technical and administrative security measures to prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing them.


Additionally, through this document I authorize the hotel to send me or provide me with verbal or written information related to the Hotel by means of Email, Physical Mail to the address written herein, Text Messages or telephone calls.


Code of Conduct: In order to combat the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in travel and tourism, tourism service providers shall adopt a Code of Conduct that their legal representatives, directors, administrators, employees, and contractors involved in providing tourism services must observe. This Code aims to ensure compliance with the obligations set forth in Articles 16 and 17 of Law 679 of 2001, as well as to prevent the conduct defined in Article 19 of the same law, Resolution 3840 of 2009. The sexual exploitation and abuse of minors in the country are punishable under criminal and civil law, in accordance with Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001.
